I’m Back, My Back!

Hello Readers!

Last Thursday I had a Kidney Stone. It was my 5th or 6th. This one was my longest lasting. All my lower back muscles on my right side were in pain . That is the first time the muscles around my Kidney hurt as well. I posted Videos this weekend but I taped them 2 weeks ago.

I think I need to sleep tonight. Still getting close to 100%. I will try to post a Headline and some ESPN commercials tomorrow.
