Charles Barkley is in trouble with the law again

The worst part of this is that it comes with evidence. See the picture below taken May 25th 2008. Charles Barkley is in trouble for copy right infringements. The 1980’s show Miami Vice is suing Chuck for steeling their patented “White Dress Pants, White Blazer, and Blue Undershirt Without a Collar” look. Crockett was unavailable for comment. We did not bother asking Tubbs for comment.
Charles has already apologized. He promised everyone that he will never dress himself again. Then, he came back and said he will not dress himself for the next four years. He wants to thank everyone that has stood by him during this whole ordeal. He wants to thank all the people that came over to him and said that he should be able to wear his clothes any way he chooses.
I kind of see Charles side in this, but sometimes you have to think of the kids. What if all the kids started dressing like this? I know that Charles Barkley does not think he is a role model, but HE IS!

I don’t know, that picture is pretty dark and low quality. Don’t know if it will hold up in court. Specially not if LeBron is his defense attorney.
