Stephen A. Smith, why people dont like him, Video Evidence
July 4th, 2008 | by ethanator1088 |If Stephen A. Smith is wondering why people might not like him, He should watch these videos. I will just get right to it.
His coworkers at ESPN might not like him, because he yells at them. He is not really making great points. He is just yelling what he believes and shutting everyone else up by yelling at them.
His radio show listener Andrew might not like him, because he yells at him instead of listening to him. I think he is yelling to make up for his lack of MLB knowledge. He sounds very defensive.
Mark Buchanan might not like him, because he calls him a liar and yells at him on national TV.
The Portland Trail Blazers and all NBA fans might not like him, because he flip flopped on them. He was not even asked to go to the NBA draft this year.
Any NFL fan has a right to not like him after this. Brett Favre is in everyone’s top 5. A lot of people have him #1.
Please keep in mind that these are just a few of the excerpts that I found via Youtube. There must be a lot more. Stephen A. Smith yells at his listeners, audience, and coworkers. He Yells about NBA teams, NFL legends, and MLB players. He does not make a great point. He just yells louder than the other people. Yelling at people is not talking to them. You can not Yell on a Talk show. You have to talk. You have to have a conversation. You can not just bully your verbal sparing partner into audible submission.

“Quite Frankly” I can’t stand Steven A Smith. He is the most ignorant person on radio and TV.

You are not the only one. He strikes a cord with many people. A bad cord.

It would be one thing if he made good points. But annoying + being usually wrong? Get off the air.

I’ve been busy so I’m late to replying to this one but I can’t begin to describe how much I dislike SAS.
It galls me that someone as obnoxious, arrogant, and completely stupid like him has access to the mass media.
I wonder when ESPN is going to wise up and send this clown down the road. Doesn’t the fact he lost his newspaper job, his TV show and radio show tell you something?

Sadly, I think the fact that he brings out emotion in people will be the reason he keeps a job.
People listen to what he has to say. They laugh about it afterwards, but they listen.
Great comments Zoner and Moondog!
