2008 Red Bull Flutag, Tampa, Video. For those of you that are not familiar with Red Bull Flutag, it is a competition, of sorts, where a person, or group of persons, make a failed attempt at flying. They spend a good bit of time and money on their “Air Craft“, then they drop 25-30 feet into the water. Everyone knows they will fail. The point is to have fun.
