Michael Jace plays Michael Jordan in this 1999 flick. Was it straight to VHS? I think so, but I do not want to say so. This movie was done before the Wizards stuff, and do not bother actually watching the movie. You already know the ending, and the trailer is 3 minutes long. The only thing that surprised me is when a reporter asked MJ if his father’s death had anything to do with his gambling debts. Now that would be weird, and painful to go through. I had never thought of that.
By the way. I think the title “American Hero” is a far cry from how Charles Barkley wants to be remembered.
